I had been using this dry cleaner for years since it is right by my house. However, just recently they ruined a $100 sweater that my girlfriend took in. The sweater now is about half the size than it was when she brought it in. Ok, whatever, mistakes happen. She went back about four times to try and get them to either stretch out the sweater or get reimbursed for the damage. The OWNER of the place denied any fault, started screaming at her, threatened her, claiming that she was trying to ""defraud"" his business. At this point, all of the customers that were in the store at the time left. Some even jumped in to stick up for my girlfriend, and he continued to scream at them as well! He was extremely verbally abusive to the point that she started crying. Is this a way to treat your customers? I will now never go back to this dry cleaner as they are extremely rude, overpriced, reckless, and unethical. This kind of behavior, by an OWNER of all people, is completely unacceptable.
