This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. They promised to have my car ready in a week, but instead they delayed it another week. The employees there were so rude....

Excellent work, responsive customer service 4/5/2010

Hollis Court worked promptly with my insurance company and me. They kept me informed, and called me when the car was ready ahead of schedule. The vehicle looks as good as new, and Hollis Court even spruced up the car and cleaned it, gratis. I give them my A+ rating and recommend them to everyone who need auto body work. Pros: Completed work ahead of schedule -- good as new Cons: No drawbacks whatsoever more

Awful customer service 6/11/2008

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. They promised to have my car ready in a week, but instead they delayed it another week. The employees there were so rude. The manager promised to be there at a certain time so I can pay him and I went and he left home early. Definitely Not Recommended! more
