Under New Management and much improved 3/29/2012

Both Hohner and Joldersma-Klein in Kalamazoo are owned by Dan and Gabe Adams. They took care of my mothers cremation arrangements in a very caring and professional way. Loosing a loved one is rarely easy, the staff can make it a bit ""easier"" and they did. Thank you! While the negative reviews from 2005 reflected the business back then. The new owners are a huge cut above. more
