Great Deal, Great Service 11/3/2010

I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and Hinshaw's Acura gave me the best deal and the best service of any dealership. I would absolutely return in the future. I plan on bringing my car in to their service department for my first oil change. more

Returning Customer 11/3/2010

I have bought seven cars from Hinshaw's, and the team has never disappointed me. I just picked up my new TL--the staff listened to what I needed and put together a great deal for me. The salesman even preset all my radio stations while I was finishing the paperwork. The whole staff does a great job, and I will never buy a car anywhere else. more

Just Love Those Guys! 11/3/2010

From the time I bought my car to every time I bring it in for service, everyone always treats me like I am the only customer there. They open the door for me when I come in and even remember my name. I have bought four vehicles from them, and when my lease is up next April, I plan on seeing them again. more

Helpful & Speedy Service Department 10/29/2010

I reguarly have my Honda Element serviced at Hinshaw's Acura (I should mention I purchased my car at their Honda location in Auburn). They perform a quick, well-priced oil change--the best part is that it comes with a handwash and vacuum (my only advice is to clear out your car a bit before heading in!). Their service advisers have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. more

Great Service ! 10/23/2009

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection and they were really nice to me. It was an easy service and Kelly was super helpful and even added coolant to my car. more
