I have read the previous comments and find them quite offensive!!! I have rented from Sarah Hill for 2 years in the past and have found that as long as you do what you are SUPPOSED to do you will have no problems with her. I have ALWAYS found her pleasant, accomodating and easy to deal with. I rented from Sarah for 2 years and when I moved out she came to do a walk through of my unit and did nothing but compliment me on the way the unit looked!!! Perhaps you people that have had problems with her do not actually have a problem with her but in the way YOU conduct yourself. I actually am in the process of looking for a place to live again and Sarah Hill is the FIRST person I called to inquire with!! I would rent from her anytime and would refer her to everyone I know. Come on people, stop being big babies and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS!!!!! more

I had a professional carpet cleaner, paint/patchwork person, and cleaners come in and take care of my mother's rental property when she recently moved. Not only did Sarah Hill charge my mother for doing EXACTLY what I already had done, she went above and beyond in charging her for new locks on every door just because she wanted to. I run a property management company and employ quality vendors to do everything listed on her check sheet. I'm sure she receives some type of kickback for every job she has done. I will be reporting her to the BBB as well as the housing office on Eglin and Hurlburt to hopefully prevent anyone from ever having to deal with her again. more

Do NOT make the MISTAKE of renting with this company/lady! We did read some reviews, but felt we could deal with anyone.....we were wrong! Hill Mgmt and Sara Hill are unprofessional, attempt to intimidate tenants, change the rules once you've signed a lease, give you unreasonable move out criteria that borders on intimidation and are basically the worse people I have ever dealt with and I am NOT young! They will also take your deposit money, if when there is NOTHING wrong with the property!! Teamed with an ""owner from HELL"" and you have a combination that is NOT something you will ever want to face! more

Life is too short to deal with someone who lies like she breaths. The owner of the property I rented through Sarah Hill lives out of state and I don't believe that he knows how poorly his property has been maintained. She is hostile and arrogant and won't listen.
