Put service envelope in after hours drop box on Sunday. Got a call 1 hour after they opened on Monday. The parts had already been ordered. My car was ready at 3:00 p.m. Now that's service! more

Outstanding, as usual 11/25/2014

John arranged for a rental as soon as he realized my towed car would not be ready to take my husband and me to an important consultation. Everything was so smoothe and went off like clockwork. He then worked hard to get the car back to me in great shape for the Thanksgiving holiday and Black Friday! Thanks, John more
