Alertness! 5/12/2016

Due to the enhanced ability of one of the mechanics, he discover that the steering mechanism bolts were defective. One had been sheered off, and the other holding by only a few threads. The whole steering system could have failed at any time. John would not let me take the car until it was fixed which took a lot longer that expected. Thank you for potentially saving my life and perhaps the lives of others!!! more

Predictably Excellent every time! 3/23/2016

I have used Highlands Ranch Imports for regular maintenance and unexpected maintenance for several years on my Acura and BMW autos. Only necessary and repairs are recommended and I get a "heads up" on items that will need repairs in the near future. This is what should be expected from every repair shop but few deliver this kind of maintenance. Try it you'll like it. more

Turns out there was nothing wrong with my brakes and bushings like I was told at Brakes Plus when I took it in for an alignment. BP Kipling and C470. We (me and family) have used HRI for years, no complaints whatsoever! more

I'm so glad I found HR Imports a year ago. The owners are super nice and honest and their mechanics know what they are doing. They always tell me what absolutely needs to get done versus what could wait another service and I have never been overcharged or recommended services my car did not need. more
