Service: 2012 Honda Fit 9/21/2013

HRI has serviced my 2012 Honda Fit since new. By that I mean two oil / filter changes. The older cars have been well attended to by John Merkle's and staff also. I've recommended HRI to all my friends. None of them ever came back to me with any negative feedback. more

Have been pleased with the work on our BMW X5. 9/7/2013

Our son's Cougar was repaired over a week period. We picked it up, took it home and the next day (Friday) it wouldn't start. Had to drive, double-footed, to get it back for repairs and have to wait over the weekend. more
