i was originally referred to this doctor due to my insurance company's 'in group' policy. i recently relocated to Vegas and was very hesitant to try this facility in fear it will make my back pain worse. i have had an aching back pain from lifting my chubby dog out of the bath and after 3 weeks, i knew i needed to act before it becomes worse. the reception was very kind and understanding of my work schedule when i called to inquire their services. she took the time after speaking with me to verify my insurance and called me back to give me details. she offered to arrive 15 mins early so i can speed through my paper work and avoid furthur delays for my job.upon arrival, she was there 15 mins early as promised, clean facility, easy to find location, and i can sense the office worked as a team and no awkward tension existed. Doctor Melody was thorough with my examination, extensive questioning regarding my symptoms and previous history, above all, she was sympathetic to my suffering and offered over the top knowledge and options for my treatments. she adjusted me swiftly. i felt no pain. strangely, i felt the pressure release from my lower back from her adjustments. i have had many horribly experiences with poorly trained chiropractors. she is by far the best . i was out of there in no time. i arrived at my job only delayed 30 mins! i am lucky to have found her.
