Always reliable 3/17/2012

I have taken my car to Hermann's 3 times. Twice for repairs, and once for oil service. With both repairs, they could have easily been dishonest and charge me for more than they did (one for a broken oil sensor). Instead, each time they made a good diagnosis of the problems and quickly fixed my car. Also, in one of our big snowstorms, I was stuck a couple blocks from their store because my car wouldn't start, and the mechanic on the phone offered to come up and try to get my car to start right then. The owner (Vic) is very nice as well. more
