As usual, my experience was top notch. I was taken back on time. All of the staff was very friendly, and recalled our conversation from my last visit (6 months ago). The work was thorough, and my comfort and satisfaction were top goals for the whole team. Stace then came in and reviewed the findings and options in a way I could understand and be comfortable with. In summary, this visit, like every visit I have had with Heritage Dental, was the perfect mix of pleasant and professional. I am delighted with the care I experienced yesterday. I have been depressed with what has happened to my teeth and now I am feeling like I may have a beautiful smile again. I felt rough yesterday but slept good last night and have no pain today. I recently saw Dr. LIndsay to have a crown done. He and Julie were so gentle and kind. I was nervous and Julie spent lots of time helping to resolve my concerns. Dr. Lindsay answered all of my many questions, and was careful to make sure that I knew what was going on. As much as I dislike having to have dental work done, especially since it is usually redoing worn-out dental work from a decade or more ago, I have to say that Heritage Dental is as nice a place and as professional a place as one could want. The office staff are wonderfully friendly and I feel like Dr. Lindsey is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Other than the fact that dental espenses are not at the top of my preferred expenses, I can only say positive things about Heritage Dental. more

My fillings go back to the early 1960's. Apparently they are supposed to last about 20 years, but mine are just now starting to have problems. Dr. Lind took the time to develop a treatment plan for me that identified all the problems in my mouth and prioritized my care issues. He was very helpful and candid in discussing with me what dental work should be done now to avoid losing a tooth or risking more expensive dental work, and what stuff could wait for a year or even longer, and what things I should keep an eye on, and he answered all my questions. He was sensitive to my budget and, having gone to several other dentists before finding Heritage Dental, I certainly find his pricing fair and reasonable. They have a financing plan if you don't have insurance but need work done. I have a heart murmur and used to premedicate before seeing the dentist. Unlike other dental practices I used in the past, the front desk staff at Heritage Dental actually called me to remind me to premedicate before leaving for my appt. Dr. Lind keeps up with the research and has changed my meds or eliminated them as new research changes the profession's recommended care. I actually enjoy going to the dentist (and the dental hygienist) now because I trust Dr. Lind to do what's best for me, not just what's best for his wallet. Everyone at Heritage Dental is friendly, they know my name, and they take very good care of my teeth and gums without charging an arm and a leg! more
