I'm not sure who ""Jeff B."" is, but I would invite him to call or come in to our clinic, as I would be happy to personally help him understand any and all charges he has received. In 17 years of practice and thousands of patients served, we have had very, very few issues or concerns with charges to credit cards. Mistakes happen however. When we make a mistake, we are determined to rectify it as soon as we possibly can. \r \r Charging fair and honest fees is essential to us. However, none of us can please everyone every time. But it is our goal at Henze Chiropractic & Wellness to do our best to do so while delivering the very best chiropractic care we know how! more
