Meet the Business Owner: Walt Hippauf is the Broker Owner of Help-U-Sell Peoples Real Estate serving Philadelphia,Bucks,Montgomery and Delaware Counties for over 25 years. He became a Pa Licensed Realtor in 1986; earned his Broker's license in 1994 and studied Real Estate Law at Temple University. Walt also has an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State in 1968. In 1994 Walt opened his own Real Estate Brokerage known as Peoples Real Estate. In 2001 he purchased this Help-U-Sell franchise. Walt specializes in Marketing Real Estate on the Internet for a flat fee and offers Real Estate Consulting services for an affordable fee. Prior to becoming a Realtor he owned and operated a catering business and after that became a PA licensed Insurance Agent. As a Realtor in 1986,Walt specialized in Land Development including designing and building Modular Housing. Walt is married to his beautiful bride Marci for 30 years and they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
