I would give them "0" stars if I could! BRAND NEW, NEVER BEFORE SYSTEM THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY and INSTALLED A DEFECTIVE $3K SYSTEM .We had three different professional companies verify this was Helicol's equipment that caused damage to my home because they did an incomplete and shoddy installation and put up new panels that had a HOLE in it. Never before used. System only 2 months old! Took them 3weeks to come to my house to stop the LEAK in their system. Had no way of shutting it off because they did not install SHUT OFF VALVES, which we paid for and we not aware we had been cheated until it was too late.
1. Brand new system, never before used.
2. We did shut off the pool pump and my pool was not aerating for days while we tried to get Helicol out to the property and they would not even return our calls until I called their Headquarters directly.
3. This was the FIRST time we had turned on the solar panels and they were subjected to any water. The pool was completely drained and water free when they installed their faulty system.
4. Their new system was defective (hence them having to "PATCH" it.
5. The never before used system was not installed properly.
