There is no question that this is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with! Not only do they ruin their customer's cloths, but they don't even have enough respect for their business to admit their faults! Come one, we're all human...businesses make mistakes, but only those who try and rectify their wrongs are going to stay in business and be successful. This is NOT one of those places. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The extra gas it will take you to drive up or down the hill will be well worth the money you will lose on ruined items and lack of respect for you as a customer.
