I have been customer of Helena's for some time, as a matter of fact I have literally followed her around the city for the past two years because she is so good at what she does! Her new spa is warm and inviting and her staff is very professional and friendly. I recommend her to anyone who asks! Keep up the great work!!!! more

I always have a great experience at Helena's. The calming atmosphere mixed with the friendly staff makes me feel at ease before going through such a private procedure. No place like it!! more

Love it 4/22/2011

I've had Brazilians with less experienced places and they almost turned me off to Brazilians. Fortunately, I found Helena. She is so fast and so gentle and does such a wonderful job. I can't think of going anywhere else. more

I have been going to Helena's for almost 2 years. I love Shana! She's the best. She makes an awkward situation more comfortable and the new location is FABULOUS! This place is a bit pricier than other locations, but its worth it to me! more

I really love the brazilian wax service and facials. The staff are down to earth and very professional. It's a very very relaxing atmosphere without the stuffiness. The new facility is beautiful and it's extremely clean! more

Amazing!!! 3/13/2011

I drove down from Dallas to experience true magic. Everyone treated me with respect and courtesy. To my surprise the place was brand new and well done. Very serene and the staff made it even more amazing. I drove down for the joy of being treated well. There are places in Dallas . But this one tops the line and anyone's expectations. Thank you all very much for the experience. Loved the massage. Loved the of the facility and most of all enjoyed being treated as a king for a day. Helena congratulation on a amazing place. Ps. I went to see how things where cleaned after all my treatment and it was just fantastic. Attention to details here is a plus. Kudos to each and everyone :) more

Even the best have room for improvement… 3/9/2011

The staff at Helena’s Spa is extremely friendly, prompt, and courteous. They certainly do whatever they can to ensure the client is comfortable. However, I am surprised by the reuse of wax rollers. I was told they reuse the wax rollers since they are just used for arms and legs. But, it does not seem sanitary to me. I would be interested to know if the spray bottles, ointments, etc. are all wiped down with a cleaning agent between clients since the estheticians touch these items wearing the gloves used to wax the body. Yes, I am a little overzealous when it comes to sanitation, but I’d rather not end up with an unwanted skin condition. more
