My experience was terrible. I look for good customer service and honesty whenever I go out and buy a car. Hedberg Solomon Auto had terrible customer service. I was negotiating the price of a car and the salesman (Jared) told me he needed to talk to his paint guy because he was going to paint the bumper and needed to know how much it was going to cost before he gave me the price. Jared told me he would call me the next day (Friday). He never called so I called him and he was boating and the person I talked to knew nothing about our conversation. On Saturday I went to look at the car again and the person I talked to said it sold Saturday morning. I was very frustrated that Jared did not follow through with his promise to call me. He was boating both Friday and Saturday. Apparently I was not important enough to call back. If that is how they treat their customers stay away. more

I waited a while to right this but now I am sure they are a great car place. They were very friendly and the car has been excellent, requiring no maintenance! It runs very well and has no problems. I am a very skeptical person and glad they took good care of me. more

I bought a car from them and discovered a problem later that day that would have effected my purchase. I came back and they took care of the problem completely. I am now completely satisfied and would recommend them fully. They stand behind what they sell. more

There was a silver 3 series that I wanted very much from the first time I saw it on their lot. They were nice and gave me a good deal considering how new the car was. I was very pleased with everything and the car is the best part, its perfect. more

when I came here at first they were never pushy and greeted me warmly. I can back months later for a car I saw when I passed by. Jared helped me get the Jetta and it has proved to be a great car. more

They let me make my decision and were great to me during my 2 week deliberation process. I would come in and ask some questions and then go home and do some research. They never pressured me to but right then and got my business eventually, by earning it. thanks again and I love the 3 series! more

The service and selection on this lot are great. They were all very nice and never had any high pressure sales techniques to pull on me. I felt very comfortable there and had a great buying experience that I would not hesitate to repeat. more
