Food was great, arrived quickly, reasonably priced.

Worst

Very disappointed with my recent Heckys. I had to wait over 90 minutes for delivery and I'd ordered ribs with sauce on the side, fries and slice of bread well... the fries were ic...

Highly recommend the jumbo wings. I like getting the sauce on the side so they stay crispy. The ribs are not as tender as other places, but the sauce is very good, especially the hot version. Fries are decent and are included in almost everything. Specify that you want the in house sauce and not the sealed to go cups. For some reason, that version of the sauce is not as good. more

Always good food, but delivery took 4 hours once (not the norm). When I called, they said they outsource deliveries to a third-party group and it would arrive shortly. It arrived within 15 minutes after the phone call. Still, 4 hours is way too long for delivery. more

it wasnt what i expected ,the turkey was burned and hard was not please...the chicken was very good the potatoe salad and red beans and rice was good would order again but not the turkey drumstick to dry ..very sad more

Very disappointed with my recent Heckys. I had to wait over 90 minutes for delivery and I'd ordered ribs with sauce on the side, fries and slice of bread well... the fries were ice cold, the bread was the smallest slice we'd ever seen and stale to boot and there was no sauce on the side and very little on the ribs. So you know how Hecky's slogan is "It's in the sauce"? In my case it should be "Where's the sauce?" BUT the pulled pork sandwich was awesome as usual. more

I usually order from Heckys because it's close to my home. I love the sweet potato pie and the pound cake. I like the fried catfish sandwich . I ordered the Mac and cheese, but, this order the Mac and cheese was so terrible, I threw it out. The service was great, and the delivery was quicker than the estimated time. Change the cheese! more

I love the ribs here. Their salads are excellent. Their BBQ sauce is quite excellent. They evoke the very best ribs I've had throughout the years. If I were to choose one ribs place to recommend, this would be it. more

I never would imagined I would find a smoked BBQ restaurant I love more than Woody's on Lincoln Ave., but Hecky's comes pretty darn close. Actually they are very different, but oooohhh soooo gooood! more
