I happened upon HEAT while searching for a way to improve my runs and overall fitness 6 months ago, thinking it was a convenient location to Town Lake where I could run before or after etc. I had no idea what amazing transformation would occur by joining ""just some boot camp"". But that's because this isn't just ""some"" boot camp.
I wasn't looking for any miracle, but I got one. I began seeing results so fast, I wanted more! It got me so curious as to how Cody does what he does, I marched my happy butt in 3x a week! He designs every workout to be challenging for every individual no matter what your level is, and he will cater to your needs no matter how many people are in the class. All workouts are different, so it's never boring. I've seen boot camps practiced outdoors while I am running or with my children, and this is nothing like those drills. These workouts hit muscles you didn't know you had and they are fun.
I was already a small person, but began gaining muscle almost immediately. Within 2 months I had to begin buying new clothes rapidly. I had NEVER been a size 0 IN MY LIFE. The only thing is that I had actually gained weight since joining HEAT.
Because of these workouts and Cody, I am doing things I honestly never thought Id ever be doing in my life. Jumping over challenges and having a great coach has been life changing.
Marshall Priest is also so great at what he does and knows all the right moves to make your body hurt the next day. And by hurt I mean, you'll love it!
