Never have another boring workout! 3/16/2012

Cody and his staff are not only trainers, they've become friends. They truly care about you and your goals. No two workouts are the same. They keep it fun, but push you to your limits at the same time. They have something for everyone, indoor, outdoor and personal training. They keep their camps small so that they can get around and give everyone personal attention. They'll give you your first camp free, try it out, I promise you'll love it and want to come back! I did, and I'm hooked! more

HEAT boot camps keep me in shape while having fun! 3/14/2012

I've attended HEAT boot camps for almost 4 years now. \r \r It is great because it is so simple. Show up, and get in shape.\r \r I'm very busy with my career, so I do not have time to plan out workouts, and when I go to the gym by myself, I tend to do the same stuff over and over and get bored quickly resulting in lack of interest and weight gain. With HEAT boot camps, both outdoor and indoor, I get a wide variety of things to do while having fun staying in shape. more

BEST BOOT CAMP EVER!!! 12/29/2011

I started in August and I LOVE this bootcamp! I have seen great results, and this bootcamp challenges you as you progress. All the trainers are awesome and really care about your growth. The hard work and discipline that they have taught me has reflected in other areas of my life. So a BIG shout out to Marshall, Cody, and Caroline for being great. All different but the right mix to motivate everyone. \r \r Caroline is awesome! She is truly inspiring...and most importantly so real and geniune.Cody brought a co-worker and myself to the camp and made us lifers. You can tell he cares about all of his campers because he always makes it a point to get to know all individuals personally.\r \r I attend majority of Marshall's camps he does a Fuse Fit workout which really challenges you and personally works on all the areas I feel are the toughest to burn and tone. A couple of months ago I had no shape and I am now seeing the curves and tone I always wanted. His tough but pushes you. He doesnt sugar coat things, if your serious about seeing results, his class is perfect. I see working out a completely different way now and my attitude has changed from the first day I took his class. more

Best Bootcamp Ever!!! 6/15/2011

I joined HEAT about 2 months ago and I am in LOVE! I had been to a lot of bootcamps, mostly outdoor, and liked them but grew tired of the bugs and how HOT it would get. Also with allergies it just wasn't fun. So when I was told HEAT was indoor with a few outdoor activities I thought I would try it and BAAM...I LOVE it and actually look forward to going 3 times a week.\r \r Why I love it you ask...Most of the sessions are set to music so it makes it less boring, all of the participants are very nice, the instructors are enthusiastic but tough enough, and you do lots of different exercises so that you do not get bored.\r \r I have seen a big difference even in 2 months and look forward to seeing even more as I continue. more

Not Yo Mama's boot camp 6/7/2011

I started HEAT last year in the Fall and was going 3 times a week regularly. It took me about 2 weeks to start seeing noticeable results, but more than anything I felt so much better! Unfortunately work got in the way and I started traveling at the beginning of 2011, so I have just been able to pick it back up on a regular basis. Everyday you go in there, you are going to get a great work out. The trainers are able to give a lot of personal attention to ensure you are maximizing your effort. I had my first football game last night and found myself not even tired, because the workouts at HEAT had prepared me for it. It is also great, because they have their own facility, so when it is 1000 degrees outside, you have a place to workout and same goes for the winter. No rolling around in the grass in the middle of summer! more

#1 Boot Camp, Best Trainers, Best Facility 1/4/2011

I happened upon HEAT while searching for a way to improve my runs and overall fitness 6 months ago, thinking it was a convenient location to Town Lake where I could run before or after etc. I had no idea what amazing transformation would occur by joining ""just some boot camp"". But that's because this isn't just ""some"" boot camp. I wasn't looking for any miracle, but I got one. I began seeing results so fast, I wanted more! It got me so curious as to how Cody does what he does, I marched my happy butt in 3x a week! He designs every workout to be challenging for every individual no matter what your level is, and he will cater to your needs no matter how many people are in the class. All workouts are different, so it's never boring. I've seen boot camps practiced outdoors while I am running or with my children, and this is nothing like those drills. These workouts hit muscles you didn't know you had and they are fun. I was already a small person, but began gaining muscle almost immediately. Within 2 months I had to begin buying new clothes rapidly. I had NEVER been a size 0 IN MY LIFE. The only thing is that I had actually gained weight since joining HEAT. Because of these workouts and Cody, I am doing things I honestly never thought Id ever be doing in my life. Jumping over challenges and having a great coach has been life changing. Marshall Priest is also so great at what he does and knows all the right moves to make your body hurt the next day. And by hurt I mean, you'll love it! more

Best Boot Camp in town! 1/3/2011

H.E.A.T. Boot Camp completely changed my life. Since joining over a year ago, I have lost over 50 pounds and witnessed a transformation in my body that I never thought possible. When I first started I could barely run a mile and thought weight lifting was code for torture. Now I love going for long runs and I actually look forward to my weight training! The workouts in camp change constantly and remain challenging even a year later. Cody Butler is the best trainer I have worked with. He has been my life coach and support system since starting. Cody focuses on helping each camper become the best healthy version of themselves, inspiring and motivating us everyday. He has helped me reclaim control over my health and really grow as a person. I cannot imagine my life without these camps! Everyone I have encouraged to go is still there and loves it. No matter where you are on your journey, I highly recommend giving Cody a call and checking out H.E.A.T. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I know you will not be disappointed! more
