The kennels are kept very clean. There is staff dedicated to solely caring for animals. The kennels are cleaned fully at least twice a day and spot cleaned all day long. The objective being to catch the ""puppy business"" right away so they aren't laying in it all day. more

In 2009 my boyfriend and I were window shopping and fell head over heels in love with an adorable 11 week old parti color cocker spaniel at Heartland Pets. We weren't planning on getting a dog at the time but after coming back and playing with her a few more times we decided that we had to have her. Now our cute little puppy is 3 and a half years old and has grown into the best dog either of us has ever had. She's happy, healthy, loving and very outgoing. She's also quite intelligent; she potty trained quickly and learns commands easily. more

We have had nothing but postive experiences when we have been there. Megan who left personally sold us our Viszla. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that we were the right family for our puppy. We have gone back several times to thank her for all that she did for us, and to let her know how our daughter is doing :-) more

my fiance and I found a very special Siberian Husky puppy at Heartland. She was very clean when we went to look at her. She is by far the best dog I've ever owned; very well behaved, healthy, and happy. The employees at Heartland helped us out with her adoption, and answered all questions for us. more

I wanted a Papillon puppy in the worst way and could not find one near us at the time. I did find one at Heartland and finally convinced my husband to let me have him. Let me tell you that so far he is the BEST toy breed dog that I have ever seen. He is amazing. I couldn't ask for anything more from him. He is a very nice breed standard, he is wonderful with other dogs and kids and his demeanor is fantastic. more

We bought a 5 month old Pomeranian from Heartland Pets\r \r We found the pet store to be very clean and the puppies well taken care. We had him vet checked and he's very healthy. \r \r When we picked him up before the Mall opened they had him bathed and brushed and all the other dogs were also being taken care of at that time. more

All information from the breeder was given to us. We later contacted the breeder who is very reputable and NOT a puppy mill! these dogs need loving homes just as badly as Humane Society dogs. more

We got so much help.. we recently purchased a puggle puppy and she is perfect. well behaved..healthy and playful. the girl working was so much help and spent so much time with us. They offer warranties and have high Pennsylvania standards for puppy care. I would get a puppy from there again if we ever decide to get another one. more
