I have had an old pair of hearing aids for many years now and they have always worked okay, but recently I had washed them in the laundry. Needless to say they no longer worked, so I began searching for a new pair. I had shopped around and finally came across Preferred Hearing Care. They were very professional and nice. I got a hearing test and they were able to demonstrate a new pair of hearing aids right on the spot. I couldn't believe the difference in sound compared to my old pair. I didn't know that hearing aids could be used with the phone and could be worn when I am in a noisy enviornment. Now I can talk to people when there is lots of background noise and I don't have to take them out to use the phone. Preferred Hearing Care was very nice and gave me a reasonable price. more

I have worn hearing aids for years but this is the first company that was able to get me hearing my wife's voice without have to ask her to repeat. I can hear better in other situations too. I'l never go back to that national chain that never could remember my name and treated me like a number instead of a real person. Pros: Easy front door parking and the prices were much lower than I had paid before. Cons: Can't think of any. They were just good people to do business with. more
