One of the worst services I have ever used. I received an e-mail weeks after they charged my credit card saying that the product was 'out of stock', and it would take several weeks to get the product. I've asked for a refund multiple times with no response or action. Just look at their rating. more

Here's my tip... find somewhere else to shop.\r Ordered SCRIP that I NEEDED... on Dec 15-2012.\r Just received email message today that my order had shipped.\r TOO bad... TOO sad... Would not order again. It took too long. Ordered online and sent in first time prescription as required so that they received it 2 days later (Delivery Confirmation). When I emailed 7 days later, they gave no response (ever). Called at day 8 and held for 15 mins. before hanging up. Called at day 9 and held for 20 mins. and spoke to someone who told me it should be mailed out that day or the next. It was mailed 2 days later. I received it 5 days later. It took 15 days for me to get it. In the meantime, I needed it and was able to get it locally because it was cheap, I have no insurance so there was no insurer to turn it down and it was not a controlled substance. Had any of the foregoing not been the case, I would not have had it when I needed it. It took much too long, there was no email response and it was very time consuming to call them. I would not ordered from them again. more

My first review written is dedicated to the piece of dog crap company called HealthWarehouse. I placed a simple 2 item order for $20 and needed my items within a week. They offered free 2-7 day shipping which fit my schedule perfectly. One week went by and no package. Two weeks and still nothing!! At this point I was furious. I called customer service to complain but they left me on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Customer service does not exist for unhappy customers. I wrote a lengthy email complaining that I had already waited 2 weeks for my package and I needed it immediately or else I wanted a full refund. Turns out the morons completely forgot to ship my package. The simpleminded, scatterbrained, moronic, brainless customer service rep finally sent my package out UPS GROUND. Let's think about this one for a minute: The customer (me) ordered a package, expecting to receive it in 1 week. After 2 weeks, the customer still didn't receive their package. Now the customer is 1 week behind their scheduled package date. They demand immediate delivery of their item or a refund. Immediate delivery translates into NEXT DAY AIR or 2 DAY AIR. Why in the %@!%#$ would you ship UPS GROUND from across the country, knowing it will take an additional 7 days to reach the customer who has already waited 2 weeks?!!!?!? This idiotic, asinine, lame, retarded, birdbrained company called HealthWarehouse will NEVER receive a penny from me ever again. The medical equipment I ordered was needed for my sick mother and I was forced to purchase the same items for 3 times the price at a local medical supply store. Once my order comes, I will be returning it back for a full refund. They don't deserve to profit from a business owner like me who knows the importance of timeliness and customer service. more

This warehouse charged my credit card before verifying they could fill my prescription at all. They did not communicate effectively and let me know what they were doing. They took my refill from Midwest City OK Target Store for my pain medication, charged my credit card for 270 tablets but were filling my order with 120 tablets, over charging me. When I asked them to send my refill back to Target Store because they were taking too long to fill my order and not letting me know the status of anything they did I asked for a refund because they were charging me too much. They refunded my credit account but apparently voided my refill instead of filling it for the right amount or giving it back to Target Pharmacy they took it from leaving me without a refill at ALL. Target Pharmacy told me to have the warehouse fill it this one time but when I called to request the proper refill they told me the script had been voided out, that I would not be able to get this script refilled by them. My doctor had given me this refill to last until I would be back in his office. He can not refill it because I have to see him every 6 months to get it. This company stole my refill and now refuses to fill it at all due to their OWN ERRORS! I am without pain medication at all thanks to them and they are refusing to fill my script as they were suppose to LAST MONTH leaving me in great distress and pain. Do NOT do business with this company, you may live to regret it as I have. THEY LIE. more

Healthwarehouse is one of the best things in my life. I have diabetes and need several medications each month--healthwarehouse has been a life saviour. They deliver all my medications right to my house and they charge the lowest price of anywhere ive been. I have actually become very dependent on HealthWarehouse and really dont understnd how I handled life before I found them! Pros: convenient, affordable, fast delivery more

I order all my medicine from Healthwarehouse. It is so convienant because everything is delivered right to my house when I need it. Their prices are also great so I end up saving on my medication. I usually order right on their website but they also have a number you can call and place your orders. I would highly recommend Healthwarehouse to anyone who is always making trips to their local pharmacy. Pros: Easy & huge savings more
