At Healthpark your treated like a real person and not just a number. They take the time to really listen. The staff at Healthpark are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only do they take the time to really go over the details with you they also make excellent suggestions or referrals. The entire experience is welcoming and memorable, something a person may not think they could get from the local dentist. more

wonderful experience 10/13/2010

I chipped a tooth early on Monday afternoon and was able to get in to see a dentist the same day they did an x-ray and assured me that everything looked ok so far with the tooth she also gave me a couple of different options about what I could do with the tooth ss far as a crown,filling or porcelain overlay(?) I opted for a filling which I was able to get in for just 2 days later. I expressed to the dentist and nurse how nervous I get when needing dental work done. They offered laughing gas, put one of my favorite movies on and I was able to listen to music(having headphones on helps to drown out the noise of them working on your teeth). The dentist and hygienist were very professional and fast! more

Need to accept Delta Dental as a provider. Stop making patients feel like they are trying to get out of paying their bill when they have insurance and want to see what the balance is. more

The overall friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff is gratifying at a time when health-care has become overwhelmingly complex. HealthPark fits well in to the small-town (Norman Rockwell?s Americana) everyday life of Tipp City. It clearly demonstrates the values traditionally found in small-town America ? while at the same time, providing state-of-the-art dental care with an emphasis on preventative dentistry. This model should be emulated by more dental and medical offices. Preventive care unquestionably has the capability to reduce medical costs and to improve patient well-being. more

Great 9/22/2010

Everything was great accept the the payment. Delta Dental pays "me" back after the treatment so you guys want payment ahead of time. That is too much to handle for me. I have $3500.00 worth of treatment I need in the near future and I cannot pay that up front. more
