I just love the work out because everytime I go it is a different routine so it is always exciting. Carrie and Sid are really dedicated and involved with every client and just know how to help to develop strength and overcome weaknesses. \r
They push you, no doubt, and often it is not easy.... but that is why I go there. To be challenged and do it... hope to see you there
