Pastami Heaven 5/20/2002

Before The Hat I didn't understand what the big deal was about Pastrami. If there is a ""Pastrami Heaven"" - this is it. As if the Pastrami wasn't lean and tasty enough alone - they DIP it in juice (bun and all) before they wrap it up. I don't get into fries that much either but this place makes them the old fashioned way - big and crisp!! Share them - they come in a huge brown bag that I've personally not been able to make a dent in. Eat there - it's like sharing a religious experience! There is no reason to go into The Hat if you're not going to get the pastrami. I'm sure their other sandwiches are good, but their pastrami is amazing.
