Hartman are the only plumbers you need 11/18/2013

I own rental properties and need a plumber I can trust to be on time and at a good price. Hartman beats my property manager's maintenance department bids every single time. I now use them exclusively for all my plumbing needs. I have never had them be late or miss an appointment, and have never felt "upsold" or have had services recommended that I didn't need. No high pressure from these guys at all. I have had work completed by Jared and Phil and both have been amazing. Thanks Hartman. more

Amazing service, high-level expertise 11/18/2013

Jarred came to my house to address what I thought was a hot water heater issue, but he determined it was actually an issue with a valve in one of our shower fixtures. I had no idea a shower fixture could affect hot water consistency, and now I know a good plumber when I see one, and what a "master plumber" certification means. Jarred was amazing, and the service team were pleasant to work with. Look no further, Hartman is the real deal! more

Hartman Plumbing Heating Air Solar came on time and came when they said they were going to come. They did the job correctly and didn't have to come back. They didn't leave a mess for me either. They cleaned up after themselves, which I liked. They have done a couple of things for me. They put in a central air unit and then they put soft water in my furnace. I would refer them in a heartbeat to anybody. I think they are very knowledgeable, especially the technicians. I don't think you would be dissatisfied if you used them. more

Great Service! 11/13/2013

Eddie came out and serviced all our furnaces on 9/26/13. He was on time, friendly and put shoe covers on to prevent getting carpets dirty. He diagnosed some problems that needed to be brought to my attention that previous service people had never informed me about. I scheduled the suggested services and they were taken care of on 11/14/13. Dave was the serviceman that came to do the repairs. He was equally friendly, professional and on time. I was pleased to receive a call prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated the reminder calls and the receptionist/schedulers were kind and very helpful. I will continue to use this company for my heat/air conditioning needs. Thank you. more

My main sewer line was backing up so I decided to call Hartman. Rob showed up promptly and ready to go to work. He inspected my sewer line with a really cool camera. He was even generous enough to lay down a clean drop cloth "just in case." Unfortunately, we discovered my drain line was breaking in several spots because of roots. Rob suggested we clear all the roots with a high pressure water rooter and then install a fiberglass sewer liner. This liner process was very cost effective for me and they were able to get my sewer line back in business quicker than I ever could've anticipated. Thanks Rob and Hartman for making a crappy situation a very good and peace of mind experience more

I used the $25 Groupon to have Hartman inspect one of my two AC units. The tech seemed to do a good job inspecting although he failed to put the Air Filter back after inspecting... \r After the inspection, he told me the unit was low on Freon (410a) and that it would be $189 to put any Freon in it. He could not tell me how low it was, so I told him I thought $189 was a lot of money for 1 pound of Freon ... and maybe that is all that it needed. He said that it was flat rate price of $189 for 1 to 5 pounds (capacity of the unit).\r \r The other companies in my area would charge $75 for a service call then $40 for the first pound of Freon and $25 for each subsequent pound.\r \r I would have assumed that Hartman was already out on the service call and should have a most been charging $140 (for 5 pounds of Freon). It bugged me that they just had a flat rate and probably should only have bee charging around $40 for a pound of Freon... the going rate for the area.\r \r \r more
