Wow...what a great place. I have not seen an antique store on this level ever! I was mesmerized by all the wonderful items that are displayed in this clean, well displayed and lighted mall. I spent hours and walked away with some great finds. Put this one on your list! more

Hours listed are incorrect 4/15/2005

Bad experience - Hart Antique & Design Center is NOT open at 10am on Sunday. I called before making the 40 minute drive on a Sunday morning and was assured by the friendly recording that Hart Antique is ""...open 7 days a week at 10 am..."" The doors were open and there were many staffers milling about, but I was quickly routed back out the door. The response to my notice that the message is incorrect? Oops, thats too bad. Not to fear Hart employees, you won't have a chance to show me your indifference again! There are enough fine antique stores in Houston where my business is appreciated. more

If You Love Antiques You'll Love Hart's 2/12/2003

Hart Antiques Mall is great for the entire family. They are opened 7 days a week 10 - 6pm which so conveniant for my hectic schedule. They have Appraisal Days which beneffitt local charities, their next one is March 20th from 10 - 2pm and its $3 an item, soo cheap! They are so much fun and you actualy feel like your in The Antiques Road Show! I love taking my entire famly there on Sundays after church. My husband loves all the Western antiques and I love all the Country French furniture, which is now in my kitchen. Its beautiful and I would recommend it to everyone. more

THE BEST Antique offerings in Houston! 12/30/2002

I have visted Hart's several times. The selections are outstanding, the staff very friendly and quite helpful, and the prices are the best I have found. They offer special entertainment, not only on holidays but throughout the year, including fun things for the children including petting zoos and clowns. They always go the extra mile to make your shopping a pleasant experience. Pros: Plenty of parking, open 7 days, 2 floors to shop more

Great Selection! 12/30/2002

Whenever I need a small gift, this is the place to go. With the large number of dealers there are things to buy in all sizes and prices. As a young person just starting out, I don't have a lot of money, but I can always find nice gifts for others and myself in my price range. The sales people are always there to help which is useful when the dealers are not there. Even when I don't need anything, I just love to walk around and look. First place to look! 12/30/2002

If you are looking for antiques, gifts or collectables, Hart is the first place to look. I have been shopping at Hart since it opened and have bought from many of the dealers before they moved to Hart. It is one of the better antique malls in Houston. Being open 7 days a week is a plus. The dealers and staff are friendly and helpful. We have bought numerous pieces of furniture, rugs, collectables and smalls from the dealers at Hart. I recommend Hart to all my friends. BIG TIME RIP OFF 10/12/2002

This place is the worst Antique place I have ever visited. Apparently the price varies according to who you speak to and how you're dressed. The staff was nice but the owner was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Watch out for patchwork / repair that is passed off as perfect condition.
