I agree with Jean Anne They did almost the same thing to us in 2007-2010. We had a contract with them when we bought out home and then they never did a termite treatment , they violated 4 state laws,. and they lie, If you are wanting to see their record you can always look it up at Clemson here is the link and they have the same bad habits, Karma comes back at you when you do people wrong. http://regfocus.clemson.edu/dpr/greenbook.htm Where it ask for the last name type in Hardin and there the record will show. You allowed us to buy a home that was damged by termites that you never treated. As I said Karma will hit you as I did nothing wrong and you know you owe me. You violated all aspects of law. more

We contacted Hardin Services several years ago because we believed them to be a Christian company. We were satisfied until we found they have not performed the services as they should have. An annual inspection in 2011 found termites in garage. Their representative said there should have been plugs in the garage when the service was initially rendered and there were none. They added plugs along one side in 2011. For the 2012 reinspection they found termite tunnels once again in the garage. After waiting for almost 3 hrs for them to show up (they had never recorded the new phone number we had given them for the past 2 years), the agent said the original treatment should have been plugs along BOTH walls in garage. Yet they still do not have plans to add the plugs to the remaining wall. Would never recommend them in a milllion years. more

I would recommend everyone to this company. I have been a customer for many years, and I have had nothing but great service from this company. Family-owned business very friendly and loyal to their customers. They have the best prices in town, cheaper than anyone else I have priced. Very quick service, normally service within 48-72 hours. We have had nothing but problems with them. They lied and violated state codes when doing the cl-100. Never did the termite treatment before we bought the home. Now we have a total of $8800.00 worth of termite damage to the home as well as them stating that the home had no damages and the repairs were completerd on the cl100. I would recommend that you have an investigator from Clemson come and inspect your home. They were paid $900 to do a treatment on the home that they never did.. I think you need to check your home and make sure that all termite treatment is up to code. They are rude people and have attitude issues and they need to remember we as customers pay their paychecks. Its a shame that someone like Tom Hardin can have a buisness like he does and not fullfill the contract nor come when appointments are made. This needs to be stopped.
