Hanson's Windows Of Columbus

My siding and new gutters have been completed and I wanted to thank Hanson's publicly for a job well done. In particular I want to commend the siding crew chief - Jason Galazka - for his much appreciated attention to detail, time management, efficiency, and appreciation of the age of my 1936 craftsmen bungalow. He was also very respectful towards me. Each day (Monday to the following Wednesday when I was home or arrived before the crew left) he reviewed throughout and at the end of the day the progress of the installation, what was going on, what was done to insure it was properly installed, etc. I could hear his guidance of his crew - Ed and Devon - which was a mixture of instructional, detail in measurements and application, and customer satisfaction. He is an excellent representative of the professionalism which I have come to expect from Hanson's. I even think my old house feels younger. All I know is that when I drive up to it - it is beautiful even at night. My handyman was here yesterday and was impressed with the caulking and detail around the windows (most of which were installed by Hanson's over the past 2 years). His comment was that all of his customers who have had Hanson's apply new siding have had the same results. more

I recently purchased 14 - triple pane windows, a new steel door & gutter covers from Hanson's. The new windows have made my 56 year old home look new! I just love the look of the triple pane window! I have had many compliments from my neighbor's, my mail carrier & other contractor's that have worked on my home. Most of all, I love the ease of the windows & energy savings. I have owned this home for seventeen years & for the first time, I have no winter drafts from my windows. These windows are fantastic! I also want to acknowledge the salesman, William Conaway, who went above & beyond to address my changes over the labor day, holiday weekend, & due to a miss-measure, I had many pleasant conversations with project manager, Felicia Gonzalez, who kept me updated on the re-make. While everyone gave 100%, the installation crew assigned to my home gave 110%, even helping me re-hang my window treatments. I am disabled, & sincerely appreciated the extra help. Not only do you have a superior product, you have a dedicated superior staff. I reviewed many different window manufacturers & I am totally satisfied with my choice - Hanson's is the best!\r more

We had a roof and some of our siding done, and we had never asked Hansons about our gutters. We had thought about redoing them, but it wasn't in our price range at the time. They took it up on themselves to fix a few of the spots, and I thank them up and down for that. Also, they had some leftover caulk and they recaulked our door, which wasn't in the contract. The workers took it upon themselves to help us out, and I thought that was phenomenal.\r \r We have already spoken with them and told them we would call them again for more work in the future. more

I checked with five other companies before deciding on Hansons. I like their reputation and life time warranty. The other companies didn't have anything in writing, while Hansons did. I considered Home Depot and four other companies. The quality of their windows and the guarantee did not meet my expectations. I didn't feel comfortable that they would address any issues that may come up. Hansons was straight forward. I felt confident that they would stand behind their product and workmanship. I was very satisfied working with Jessica and Ray. more

Our only thing, and it's not a knock on them -- we were supposed to have it done in the middle of August and it took to the middle of September. It kept getting postponed. First it was rain, then a team quit on them. It kept getting pushed back and pushed back. It's not a knock on them. They kept us informed. It was frustrating, but not horrible by any means. more

We were very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to use Hansons again. I already have my mind working for later down the road! more

I was really satisfied with what the salesman told me, and they did exactly what he said. They told me what they were doing while they were doing it. more

I am more than satisfied and so is my husband Danny. He and I were extremely thrilled and happy with our windows. It wasn't in our budget for the windows that we did have, but with 0% financing, we thought we might be interested. Danny is in construction and he really likes the triple pane windows. It has little heat and little noise compared to what we had. My husband did the research and he wanted to see what Hansons would have to say because he heard the windows were good. more

The only issue we came across were a couple of scrap pieces that were left in the yard, but we were able to take care of that without any problem. I was most satisfied with the constant communication we received from 1-800-Hansons. They always kept us in the loop and updated us with anything related to our work. One time they showed up on site without the right materials and someone called us right away and rescheduled right away. We did not consider any other contractors for our project. We chose 1-800-Hansons because we knew they had a good reputation. more

Everything was absolutely perfect. The contractor was great, and the crew was very professional. They were polite, informative, and left no mess. The sales representative walked me through everything. They got me financed, which was crucial to getting the project done. I'd refer anybody who needs windows to Hansons - they were great. more

Working with Hansons has been great and will continue to be great. Every one of them provided exceptional service, from the young guy who came from Canada and sold me the windows, to the young man who came to measure - he was outstanding - to the crew with Wilson and Ferguson who put them in. I can't think highly enough of the people who were here. However, I am still waiting for a call back from them to get this last window put in. more

They should try to cut down on the initial presentation time. It took two and a half hours to get a quote. They were very thorough though. more

I had windows installed by Hansons about 17 years ago. My front picture window had developed a draft, but I had just thought it was one of those things you deal with and put plastic over it in the winter. When my neighbors were getting new Hansons windows I mentioned my front window problem to them. They told their sales representative who advised me to call and that they would do whatever it takes to get it right. And they did. A service tech came out and even though it was a window they no longer carried, was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. In face, he came out twice ? once to evaluate, and then to fix. It didn?t cost me a cent. I am still amazed ? 17 years since my windows were installed and Hansons still treated me as though I were a brand new customer. You don?t find many companies like this. Pros: I still was treated like a new customer even after 17 years more
