Hanna Park and Hanna Park Campground

my spouse made reservations on the 17th of April, I became ill and he attempted to reschedule the dates on the 18th, the refused and even wrote in capitol letters "NO REFUNDS" I provided them with medical doucumentation and filled the form they told me I had to submit in order to get a refund or reschedule. They then toldme I didnt qualify because we did not cancel within 24 hours, That policy is not stated any where and we made the reservations on the 17th so there was no way to cancel since we were supposed to be there on the 18th. My family and I have camped there many times and always have multiple sites, but this is unexcuseable, we have never cancelled or rescheduled before. more

the campground i great, I love to go just for the night, but you could stay for longer, the showers and everything are fine, and theres a little store there for necessitties. It would be a great place to camp for a week or so, it's so close to jacksonville, and it's not just woods and stuff, there would be tons to do, the beach is right there, there are all kinds of trails, there's a little kid's waterpark towards the front, and the lakes are great. In the summer there are lifeguards at the beach and at the lake, and they have wave runners there as well. in the summer they offer a children's lifeguard training camp, I went when I was little, it would be great to send your kids as a day camp. they learn CPR and other life saving skills, and are out in the sun being active all day. more

from this place,they do charge to get in by not bad,3.00 a car-load. they offer fresh water ponds for fishing and camping a playground and a small water area for the smaller kids who dont go to the ocean side. There is a very large area of ocean front beach which is usually pack starting this time of year.Bike trails there also more
