I don't know how Houston think they are making crawfish but you don't boil it in water and sprinkle seasoning on the shells that you aren't gonna eat! My goodness!! Hanks knows how to make it right and they have different levels of spiciness! The only drawback is that they are way too expensive but they always manage to run out of crawfish by the time we need some (the location on Hwy 6) and have to go to this location. But its worth it if you can't get home (to Louisiana).
