THE PROOF?
In 19 years of persecution and living through domestic terrorism at the hands of the domestic relations courts and CSEA in the name of my children I have been: hauled out of work in handcuffs by child support officials and lost my job when I didn?t actually owe money and was employed and paying; I have had my driver?s license revoked while unemployed twice for not paying child support while unemployed (how do I find a job if I can?t drive?) ; my girlfriend?s bank account was seized (I guess guilty by association); I was imprisoned for two years in the state penitentiary for child support that I did not owe due to a clerical error at the CSEA in which they calculated my past due support to almost two years before my children were born (jailed for being a dad); to this day my rights have been revoked as a normal citizen because I am a ?convicted felon? for the child support conviction that sent me to prison, even though child support is not considered a felony anymore and my account was in error at the time.
I have lived through the hell of court sanctioned and court supported parental alienation. The courts assisted with an illegal name change for my children without my knowledge. Rights to see my children had even been taken away at one point, later the courts admitted wrongly. And the mother of them all... I got rights to see my children every other weekend, or 96 hours per month. What a way to be a Dad.
I have been on unemployment lately, and my child support comes out of my unemployment automatically. My daughters are now both almost 19 and graduated and I filed to stop paying child support but was informed by the Hamilton County CSEA that I owe $44 in fees because I was on unemployment, and until I pay this $44 they are leaving my child support account open, and it will CONTINUE TO ACCRUE FEES until I come in and pay it and close the account? even though I am not obligated to pay child support any longer.
How many others are racking up child support fees while collecting unemployment, and never even knowing it? How much money in fees has the child support agency collected from people who aren?t even supposed to be paying any longer? How many other citizens have been terrorized by their use of force in the name of your children?
HAD ENOUGH!
