SHARON! \r As we discussed, I had never had a hair issue in my entire life until I moved to Raleigh in February 2007. \r After almost FOUR very looooooooooooooong years of trials, tears, and 3 other hair stylists, I finally feel like myself again. \r It will be impossible to ever repay you for what you have given back to me. \r It is so refreshing to receive compliments again and to be able to respond with a simple ""thank you.""\r Kudos to you (and your colleagues) for running such a fast-paced, top-notch salon. The professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail you and the rest of the team provide is in a class all its own. I came in with hair that looked like I slept at the greyhound bus station. It was different colors, dry and breaking. Sharon fixed my color and my roots no longer glowed! She then highlighted my hair so it had more depth. Then she gave me the most fantastic cut. Sharon is the best and I highly recommend her! I'm from NYC and used to top service. Sharon and the staff at Hair Color Xperts in Cary exceeded my expectations and totally saved my hair! Definitely RUN, DON'T WALK to this salon! more

Sharon at Hair Color Experts ROCKS! My previous hair dresser at a different salon actually burned off a LARGE PORTION of hair in the back of my head w/ bleach by overprocessing it. I went to see Sharon and not only did she bring my hair back to a much more natural looking blonde, she also applied hair extensions to my head (focusing on the damaged area) and gave me my confidence back. I suddently had long beautiful blonde hair again w/ in a couple of hours!!!! Sharon CARES about the treatment and condition of your hair. She asks A LOT of thorough questions to fully understand your needs and never begins until you are BOTH on the same page. I FULLY TRUST HER - she is a genius at what she does. Whether you are blonde, brunette, long haired or short, Sharon knows her stuff. The great news too is that ALL of the stylists there are VERY EXPERIENCED and FULLY KNOW their stuff! If you can't get into Sharon, try Brad or Shae (she is new, but very good). The entire staff is fun, kind and a great vibe to be around! I walk in there each time and Lisa (Salon Manager) makes me feel like I am the most important person in the world. If you want to feel good, GO TO HAIR COLOR EXPERTS IN CARY!!!!! more

Jalpa is awesome. I saw her for a haircut and color yesterday and I love it. I have had a lot of bad haircuts so I spent a lot of time talking with her beforehand and she had excellent ideas and was extremely patient while helping me decide what to do with my short but growing out hair. Her haircut is great, definitely as good as some of the master stylists I have been to at top NY salons in the past.\r \r I highly recommend her, she takes her time to really make sure the cut is perfectly even (unlike other local places I have been to) and did exactly what I asked for with my highlights. She is super easy to work with and talk to.\r \r Thanks! Pros: cut and color are great more

Now I know I am safe to make appointments with other stylists in the future when last-minute schedule conflicts come up! more

I was nervous ,at first ,but I needed something different. He recomended that I go a little lighter. Something I hadn't thought of. I absolutley love the color he choose for my hair. Fantastic! I left the salon feeling so good about the way I looked which we ladies know, when youre hair looks good , you feel great . My husband even said, "whatever you had done to your hair, i like it" thats about as close to a compliment as i could ever hope for out of him. Thank you Drew for working your magic on my hair. I went to this location for the first time last week and loved it! I was made comfortable and offered refreshments while Paige, the stylist who helped me, talked about what I wanted to do as far as a cut and color. I've been going to Haircolorxperts for years. Each time I go, I've had a different hair stylist. A few times with the same one. I would tell them what color I would like my hair dyed and even show them pictures. They would never get it right. One time I told the hairstylist I want my hair dyed and highlighted the same way I had it last time. They are supposed to write it down and keep it in a folder or computer in the back. The hairstylist said ok and dyed and highlighted my hair. When she started blow drying it I realized this was not the color I had last time. I asked her about it and she said "The hairstylist you had last time didn't write anything down for you so I just put some colors together". It was awful she had to then re-dye my hair. Instead of telling me there was no past file of my hair color she made it up. This was the worst experience I've had at Haircolorxperts. I went in to get my hair dyed. I told the hairstylst I want my hair blonde just with more brown highlights nothing fancy or extreme. She had a headache that night and instead of rescheduling she stayed to dye my hair. Her mom ended up coming to pick her up. Long story short she did the worst dye I've ever seen. I looked like Rainbow Bright. My hair had different chunks of colors all throughout it. I went back the next day and another hairstylist fixed my hair for free. I told her how I wanted it. She dyed my hair and it was so dark with so little blonde highlights going through that I looked like the mother on Addam's Family. It was awful. I went back the next day to another hairstylist who tried to fix my hair without having it fall off from dying it too much. The manager even helped her. It looked better when I left the place the third time, but it still wasn't what I wanted and having to keep going back and ruining my hair was not worth it. Don't be fooled by the name of the store. They aren't experts. I can give you plenty more stories of how they've messed up my hair and others. Pros: cleaning the floors, giving you water Cons: Cannot dye hair more

Jalpa is a miracle worker! My hair is very hard to work with. I have ALOT of it, its thick and is very hard to color. Jalpa gives me easy to manage haircuts and the color is absolutely terrific. Not only is she very talented, she is very sweet. I have had nothing but great experiences with Jalpa. I would highly recommend her! Pros: Best haircut and color in the area more
