The Hair Whisperer..... 2/6/2011

I moved to Scottsdale from Nevada & was petrified to find a new hairstylist in the area. However, I did my research and discovered multiple reviews about Joshua's talent and artistic eye with color, cut, and hair extensions. I am a natural brunette and he turns my mane into the perfect blend of blonde that is vibrant, shiny & healthy without looking brassy (ladies....if you bleach your hair, you know what I'm talking about. No one wants to look like they blend in with a pumpkin patch!!) \r \r Not only does Joshua continue to color and cut my hair, he does an amazing incredible job with my hair extensions. He is so talented, people don't even realized I have extensions until I tell them. The consumate hairstylist. Period. \r \r more

Scottsdale's Super Star 2/6/2011

Joshua has been cutting my hair for afew months now. He is a wizard with the scissors and always gives me a qulaity cut in no time flat. I am a 47 year old male with unruly greying hair and Joshua always tames it into a cut that looks great. I had never worn my heair very short before because I was fearful of leaving the studio looking like I had joined the marimes. However Joshua can do a short cut that looks great (my smoking hot wife thinks I look like Clooney and that works for me) for the whole four-five weeks until I can get back in again. more

LIFE SAVER!!!!! 2/5/2011

Okay so I was heading down to San Diego for a long weekend to meet up with my summer fling at the time. I made the mistake to go get my hair done by another stylist. DISASTER! Luckily I had Josh's number in my back pocket. I called him and asked him to please, please, please come and fix my hair (8pm) as I had a 9 am flight to SD. Josh not only did he come to my house, fix my hair, and did an AMAZING job... but he saved my SD weekend. I will never forget nor will I ever go to another stylist... thanks Josh! more

The best hair stylist! 2/4/2011

I am so fortunate to have Joshua do my hair. His skills are amazing. He is really an adviser to his client. Guiding them to choose the best styles for them. I have been going to Joshua for over six years and he never disappoints. His professional manner and eye for style & design is natural with him. I also have friends that use Joshua for hair extensions, color corrections and edging styles. In each case, they are just right for them. He really helps you create the look and feel you want. Wow! My Hair looks awesome!!! 2/3/2011

A friend of mine recommended Joshua Paul after numerous failed attempts at getting my color right. I had given up! I met Joshua and he is adorable. But more importantly, he knew what he was talking about. Shortly, thereafter, I made an appointment with him and he nailed it!!!! I am so excited that finally somebody knows their color. He also gave me a special keratin treatment and my hair feels amazing.\r \r He is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I could've sat in his chair all day.\r \r more

What an artist!!! 2/2/2011

I have been a client of Joshua Paul for over five years. He has transformed my look and overall appearance every time I sit in his chair. I leave the salon feeling like a new ME!! He has an amazing eye for color!! I have long/thick hair and his cut takes so much weight off of my look. It actually has a style rather than just hanging. He has worked with me on new ideas which is rare for most talented stylists. I have never felt that he has taken over and done his vision without talking with me and truly reading me. He values your time and on point in regards to appointments and scheduling. I have recently moved to San Diego but continue to travel back to Phoenix for Joshua to do his magic. I cannot even imagine looking for another local stylist. Highly recommend him for any and all hair services... more

Truly Talented 1/30/2011

Having just moved from california ,I've been searching for a new hairstylist. Which is always scary! I heard great things about Joshua from friends and decided to give him a try. I was immediately put at ease when i met Joshua and started to relax as we discussed my hair. He nailed it!! I I have never been more in love with my color & new style!! Its perfect!! He is truly talented and truly understands the art of hair!! more

Best Stylist in town! 1/29/2011

It only took one visit to make me realize that Joshua Silvia is the best hair stylist I have ever experienced. His exactness, professionalism, and knowledge is very hard to come by and I am so thankful to have found him. On my last visit he gave me a color and cut which was the best I have ever had. I feel like a new woman! He also does amazing Brazilian Blowouts. Thinking of getting extensions this summer as well, he comes highly recommended. Run, don't walk to see Joshua for your next hair appointment. You will continue to go back for more! more

After years of flying to L.A. to have my hair done at Prive, I finally took a friend's recommendation and tried local stylist Joshua Paul. I could not be happier!!! Not only is he an amazing colorist, but he is up to date with all the latest technics. He has also done several of my friend's extensions (no easy task for some of them) and the out come is nothing short of amazing. He also did my brazillian blowout which has lasted longer than anything I got done in L.A. Thanks Josh, love you!!!!!! more
