Joshua Paul came highly recommended to me by many friends who have said nothing but amazing things about the way he can work a haircut. Been going to him for a few months now and have never had a bad experience. He takes the time to consult with the client first so both parties are on the same page. Joshua is beyond amazing. He clearly takes his time when creating color/style to his clients. I came in with a hot mess head of hair and walked out feeling like a movie star. I am recommending him to everyone I know. On top of his high work ethic, strong training and longevity with the same salon, his merit, for me, is with his style. He stays focused and sees the design all the way through. He has an edgy approach using the latest techniques. I have been getting compliments on my hair since I left his chair! I feel 20 years younger! I am hooked! Thank you Joshua!!!! <3 more

I was new in town and needed a place to have my hair cut...i was quickly referred to Joshua...he is very talented. He takes time to CUT and not use an electric hair shaver. you can tell from the way he cuts that he is a master at it. I highly reccomend him more

I met Joshua in NYC during the after-math of Super-storm Sandy. He had come to cut a mutual acquaintance's hair and celebrate another dear friend's birthday. He mercifully offered to ""fix"" the hack job I performed on my bangs at 4:30 the previous morning and instantly fell in love. I was grateful just to have a professional mend my home hair cut frenzy but I wasn't expecting Josh to give me one of the greatest cuts I have ever had. I have incredibly thick and unruly hair and even though it isn't always pretty, I am definitely a wash and go kind of girl. Josh was able to give me a haircut that allowed me to get away with no styling or drying, without looking dumpy. It takes many a cut for most stylists to accomplish this feat with my hair. Not only am I madly in love with this man, I trust him with my hair, completely. Traveling two thousand miles is completely reasonable to get Joshua's hands on my hair! more

to keep it short, all I can say is there is nothing better than a good cut and color... Josh is great at both!! My hair always looks great, and that's saying alot since I'm trying to grow it out, which can be trying at best. Josh keeps it well styled no matter the length and the color is always just right for me! more

I moved to the scottsdale area 2 years ago and had the hardest time finding a great hair stylist. Since I am so busy, I prefer to have my color and cut done by one hair stylist. I was referred to Joshua Paul about 8 months ago and I am so happy. He has an amazing personality and is very fun to talk to. He does great work. I absolutely love my cut and color! My search is over! more

I started seeing Josh Paul 2 years ago. My hair was in terrible shape. My hair now looks like it did 20 years ago. I have blonde highlights, a base ""bump,"" conditioning, and a hair cut from Josh. No question here: Josh is the best in AZ. Also a great guy! more

Most Incredible Hair Experience! 10/1/2011

After not knowing what to do with my hair, I put my trust in Joshua's hands. I am so happy I let him create a whole new me! After only two hours, my hair is now a deep chocolate color all over with gorgeous auburn brown highlights, exactly what I wanted, and I didn't even know! he suggested the perfect products for my hair and the service I received was impeccable! I will definitely be returning to Sachi to see Joshua Paul! more

Absolutely Amazing Hair Stylist!! 9/29/2011

I am SO happy with my hair!! I had my hair cut and colored by Joshua Paul this week and I confidently can say that after seeing tons of top stylists in the valley, Joshua Paul is the number one best hair stylist I've ever had! The look he created for my color is a luscious chocolate brown with very subtle mahogany brown highlights and a stylish layered cut that added voluminous texture to my hair while still keeping the length. I am head over heels IN LOVE with my new hair-do and I just had to recommend his amazing talent to everyone else!! more

Beverly Hills/NYC Quality in Scottsdale... 8/19/2011

I started going to Joshua years ago with a hair diaster. Joshua has worked with me - fixed my diaster within a visit or two and now I have amazing hair. I started with color and cut and then moved into hair extentions several years ago. I have been to the best salons in Beverly Hills and New York over the years and have never had better service than with Joshua. He is an artist in every sense of the word. My extentions are completely natural looking. I highly recommend Joshua for your all of your hair needs. I am fan. more

Best hairdresser in Scottsdale 7/27/2011

You will love Josh Paul. He cares about your hair. He wants you to look great. Josh is fast but good. I have naturally curly hair and recently he gave me a Brazilian Blowout. I could not be happier with my hair. Upkeep is minimal and it blows out straight and soft as baby hair. As I travel a lot, other beauticians in places from Scotland to Oregon to Sedona all comment on my color and want to know what my stylist uses. Goldwell it is, a wonderful company . Josh uses all the best products and I drive 120 miles each way to go to him. YES I am a fan!! more

From Color to Cut, Josh is Truly Outstanding! 6/13/2011

I have been going to Josh for almost four years now. I have lived in New York City and Los Angeles, and no where have I found someone who just inherently knows how to cut and color my hair like Josh! He is creative and suggests new styles or colors that give me something fresh, while always simultaneously respecting what it is I want. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny, charming, and talented. Even though I no longer live in Arizona, I will wait to get my haircut until I plan a visit, just so I can go see Josh! He is an exceptional hair stylist and I highly recommend him to friends, family, and anyone who wants a great haircut or amazing coloring! more
