I am a new client of Carolanne's. My appointment was for both a haircut and highlighting. I was extremely impressed with Carolanne's professionalism in suggesting both color and hairstyle changes and not losing sight of what my ideas were. I loved her great personality and find she is a delight to talk with. I will be going to Carolanne for all my hair needs. more

My mom and I have been going to Carolanne since I was in 6th grade. I am now a freshman in college and could not imagine getting my hair cut by anyone else!! She is by far the nicest person i've ever had the honor to meet! more

Great First Experience 1/10/2011

After reading some reviews about Carolanne, I decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed. She was very interestered in what I wanted with my hair and made suggestions but was always very clear that is was up to me as to what I liked and wanted for a hairstyle. She obviously loves what she does and it shows in the care she took with my color and haircut. My next appointment will be with Carolanne. more

Wrong color 11/20/2010

I love the cut, as usual, but am not happy with the color this time. It reminds me of blond hair on some dolls. This has never happened before and came as a surprise. more

We go to Carolanne exclusively for all our hair care needs. She takes a personalized approach to each of us for styling, color, and hair care products. We have been seeing her for 5+ years. She is very easy to work with and often has new ideas or suggestions. We always feel much more beautiful and confident when we walk out. more

Short & Thin 10/24/2010

Carolanne has been cutting my short and thin hair for about 4 years now. She always give me a great, chic & modern cut that makes people think I have the thickest hair! She gets to know you and your hair and works magic. Nothing but kudos for Carolanne. more

Carolanne has been taking great care of my hair for the last year and a half and helps me to put everything about my hair in perspective. Before that, I drove into Seattle, paid parking fees, dealt with Friday night traffic, and often felt like a number in a process, getting the latest haircut which was way younger than my face and age. Carolanne has been cutting my hair for the last three years. I have received so many compliments on my last cut it's unbelievable! I love going to her because I never feel rushed , she makes sure that I am comfortable and that I leave the salon totally satisfied and fabulous! more

SHE'S DEDICATED! 9/15/2010

Carolanne has been giving me permanents,cuts and color (with foil) for about eight years. She is not only pleasant and professional but she attends seminars regularly to keep up on the latest products and techniques. She seems to be able to please the younger as well as the older clients. Carolanne is one of the few operators that I have met through the years, that truly enjoys what they are doing and is dedicated to pleasing her clients. more

Always a great hair cut ! 9/11/2010

Carolanne has been cutting my hair for over 6 years - she is wonderful ! I have thick long hair and it is difficult to cut because it grows fast. She always get's it back to a nice style. more
