Always a great experience! 11/7/2011

Carolanne has always taken care of my hair needs with the time I've spent with her. She's very receptive to changes and offers some great advice and suggestions for a new look. I too have thick hair that grows fast but that hasn't stopped her in taking care of me. It's been a pleasure working with her and trusting her with any decisions concerning my hair and hair color. One who I can recommend and continue to work with! Always a great attitude! more

I made my appt with Carolanne after being very disappointed by a stylist in Bellevue. I was very impressed by her reviews online so I felt confident she would be able to help me. I was right! She listened to me and understood what I wanted. She knows color. I look forward to my next appt with her. She's a gem! more

I have been going to Carolanne for 2 years now. She is the most professional hairstylist I have ever had. She knows what she is doing, stays updated on the latest trends and truly loves what she does! I also have a daughter with autism. Carolanne is so patient and understanding that my daughter has been able sit through perms and hair colors and even a Brazilian Blowout. Not everyone has the the temperament to deal with special needs children/teenagers. Carolanne does. I highly recommend her. more

My new haircut 8/25/2011

I wanted a change in my hair style and read an article in the Issaquah Press about Caroleanne. Since I have started with her I have a new style that works for me. I love her attention to detail and her ability to shape my hair into a style that is easy for me to work with. I appreciate her pointers and suggestions that help me in working with my hair. I leave the salon feeling good about my style and also enjoy the pleasant environment. more

Since I have recently moved to Issaquah I have been to 3 different hairstylist. I am positive I have found my 5 star rating in Carolanne. She is not only an excellent hair stylist but her choices of hair color and foiling were perfect. Carolanne knows the area, she understands our community and she is so very kind, personable and professional. Can you ask for anything more? I think not. Thank you Carolanne, even my co workers were impressed. more

Great haircut and color 8/19/2011

I saw the write-up about Carolanne in the Issaquah Press and saved it from several months back. I finally called for an appointment and she was such a special lady. I have never had a hair consultation before and I liked what she did and had to say. I have had many foils and highlighting done to my hair, but never had a total color done. She is great! I will be back. more

I just had my 3rd. Brazilian Blowout------I want to let any one with that frizzy hair know how fantastic Carolanne is in in doing the Brazilian blowout---My hair has never been more manageable -I love it and my life style is so much easier---without the frizz but still the curl. more

When your in for your appointment, Carolanne makes you feel special. Her focus is you, talking with you and making the best decision for the look of your hair. My hair is very, very fine, but she makes it look great. more

I FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE FOUND CAROLANNE WHEN SHE FIRST STARTED IN ISSAQUAH. PRIOR TO THAT I HAD BEEN GOING TO BELLEVUE AND PAYING A LOT TO SOME YOUNG GIRLS TELLING ME WHAT THEY THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR. CAROLANNE IS A PROFESSIONAL. HER PRIMARY CONCERN IS DOING WHAT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST AND AT THE SAME TIME PLEASING YOU. I HAVE VERY DIFFICULT HAIR, STRAIGHT AND BABY FINE, I HAVE A PERM AND COLOR APPROXIMATELY EVERY THREE MONTHS AND SHE KEEPS MY HAIR IN GREAT CONDITION. more

Skilled and Creative 6/9/2011

I have tried a lot of hair stylists. I have thin curly hair with a mind of its own. I usually don't enjoy the salon experience. But this time it was different. Carolanne gave me an awesome cut that was just for me, not a cookie-cutter job. She made me feel so comfortable and I enjoyed the whole experience, especially how great my hair looked when she was done. Next I'm going back for some color because I can tell she knows what she's doing and is very creative and talented. more

Getting older is a part of life, but my dark hair streaked with grey was not fulfilling my vision of aging gracefully. Carolanne listened to my concerns and corrected nature's faux paux, so I can age gracefully and confidently. more
