I had a warranty issue with a tire, and Eddie helped me out quickly and without any problem.

Owner/mechanic did not appear when they said they would. Repair appears to be unsuccessful. Called once again to inform same problem happened once more; still waiting for servic...

Got BMW back with a cut on the front bumper. Will stop by to show you. Also got the VW back and the interior/ seats were all dirty. My recommendation would be for you to be sure vehicles get back to the owners clean. Thank you for your quick service! more

Misled on cost 6/25/2015

After quoting a cost range for work, the bill I was presented with was quite a bit more. When questioned was told this is a very fair price for the work-while that may be so, I made the decision to have the work done based on the original cost range. Never could quite explain the increase in the cost. Didn't want to argue, as this was being discussed in front of other customers which was embarrassing. Meets my timing needs. 4/9/2015

I own Sig's Handiworks and am known for my prompt handyman service. My business can't be delivered without my van. No van...No income!! Ed, Bryan and the entire staff has always met (and most often exceeded) my need to get the work done quickly and correctly. That's why I've used Haggen's for the past decade. Thanks Ed. more

They were nice, but I'm not sure I got the best deal 2/20/2015

They were nice and competent, but in the end the price was a little higher than I expected. It's funny how tire prices are. There's one price for the tire, which doesn't seem so bad, but then there's a bunch of incidentals which inflate the price to the point you don't recognize the original price any more after they're all added in. I personally don't like that very much, because I feel I'm getting ripped off, even though it's probably legal. more

Quick, honest, friendly service! 11/5/2014

I went in for a tire and out with four new tires (at a good fair price) and new brakes (which I needed but didn't realize how badly). They took me right away and did everything on my car. This saved me hours of making appointments and taking time from work. To get everything done on a Saturday was a huge time saver!! When I walk in, I feel comfortable knowing I am getting the right parts at good prices. This saves me time spent researching. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go here in the future. more

Straight forward mechanic. Not the cheapest but doesn't need to be when you aren't being constantly oversold to make up for subsidieslike other repair shops do - especially the national chains and dealers. more

Haggan Tire & Auto Center - Great People who Care 9/18/2009

I too disagree with the first comments. Haggan Tire and Auto Center is an Excellent place with quality people. The mechanics are extremly knowledgable and have always fixed our cars and my moms car the first time. Not like the dearlerships who tend to not pay attention and charge you an arm and a leg for everything. We have been using them for a few years now for basically everything and they speak english!!!. \r They fix what the dealerships have screwed up. more

I read last comment. I disagree, great place to bring your family's car. Mechanic's do not work on commission like the dealerships do. I bought four tires from them and received a $20.00 discount and they checked my alignment for free. The computer did not lye with the jersey pot holes I only needed the toe set which cost me $40.00. They also explained to me that to balance a tire it is done to balance to the wheel. An alignment is when the tire and wheel is aligned to the car it self. I work hard for my money and I'm glad i was told about the alignment so my tires would last there expected life. Besides in order to have any warranty issues solved with tire companies you need to show , rotation, inflation and alignment. This is a great Family place Go see for yourself. more

Likes to give alignments 12/14/2008

Brought 2 vehicles there on the same day for 8 tires. They performed a 4 wheel alignment on one without asking and tried to sell me one for the second. I had to leave them a message about the alignment they performed without permission because it was after hours when I picked up my 2nd vehicle and paid the bill. Never returned my call. When I brought my car to the dealer, they said it didn't need a alignment, but did say the tires needed balancing. This was done when I go the new tires about 3 weeks prior. Neither vehicle showed any signs of needing (pulling or uneven tire wear) an alignment before I brought them in. I bought a total of 9 tires and had 1 repair done at Haggens. Will not go back now. more
