Wonderful, everything was taken care of quickly and if a problem arisen Hacket was on top of it and took care of it. They even offer an affordable payment plan.

Very professional and responsive 7/6/2012

Ryan was always available to me to answer any question I had of him. He always took my anxiety out of every situation and responded quickly with the actions that needed to be taken. I also liked the ability to pay the fees on a payment plan and still get his assistance when I needed. He communicated with anyone who needed information immediately and once I had completed all the payments, completed my case promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. more

They are amazing 7/5/2012

Hackett & Harris have been helping us file chapter 13 bankruptcy. We are about three-quarters of the way done, but they have been great from the beginning. Their level of customer service is amazing. They have made themselves available to us. They have answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. They are punctual. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than thirty minutes for them to return one of my calls. I highly recommend them. more

Hackett & Harris took the fear out of the Chapter 13 process. I was guided through the process from a period prior to filing (6/2006) through discharge (7/2011) ... allowing me to retire debt-free. And in the year since discharge, I've chosen to remain debt-free and will continue to do so. more

I was very satified with the service I received from Hackett & Harris 6/29/2012

I was very satisfied that I retained Hackett and Harris for professional services. I was shopping for legal aid and I was very nervous when I made an appt and went in for a consultation. I was made to feel very comfortable and the information I received on the first day helped me make a decision to utilize their service. All in all it was a good experience....one I didn't want to go through but when it was over I felt relieved. Also, the receptionist who I dealt with WITH questions I would have intermittently was just awesome. I commended her to my attorney. more
