After visiting this location for my 2009 tax prep, several months later I was stuck with a bill from the IRS for $700. The lady assured me that my DI donation slips would be accounted for, and I was rushed right out the door. They were not. Nor did they list some additional income that I reported. When they claimed I never turned in the forms necessary (which I did, as I had to return to my house to retrieve them for her), and she claimed she made no fault, there was no consolation for her actions. She simply told me that she didn't make a mistake, and it must have been my fault. Even after paying the $30 "worry free" fee I was told there is nothing they can do, even though they were at fault. Because of them I'm out an additional $700 (after paying them in total around $800 to file my taxes). She recommended that I "get another job" or just to use my next years taxes to pay it off, as if it were no problem whatsoever. They show absolutely 0 accountability for their errors, and were NO help whatsoever. Look elsewhere for your tax preperation, as this place is ran by a bunch of incompetent crooks who can't be bothered to double check themselves.
Maybe it would have helped if half the people spoke English, rather than look confused when they were asked a question.
