I always wait until I am down to my very last contact lense to schedule an appointment. But to my surprise everyone I called was either did not take tricare (military insurance) or was not nearby. This office is staffed with every friendly and proffesional people. Sorry if theytoo are human and have lives of their own. The day I went for and appt. making plans for a baby shower for a co-worker that was not present that day. I work in a pharmacy. If your prescription is not valid, it is not their fault. Sorry. Try another office. This office is the best. I did not even have to go through the misery on having my eyes dilated with thoes irritating drops because they have upto date equipment onsite to use instead. Yes there is an additional fee attached but it was well worth it. The one on one attention after was very informative. Pros: Same day appt avail. Great location. Outstanding staff. more

I presented a valid prescription for new lenses. I wasn't notified when they came in, and when they did, they were not what was prescribed. When I sought assistance, the licensed optician was off that day, leaving the business under control of an apprentice. Store manager and corporate officer were annoyed that I was dissatisfied with the Rx error and lack of explanation I received when I brought the error to their attention and tried to get it corrected.
