I found out about this place when I went to a friend's son's birthday party. My daughter had soooo much fun, and the staff did such a great job, that I decided to have my child's party there. It was so easy. I booked the day, and they did the rest. My daughter felt like a princess. And her and all her friends got to play in the gym and go on a zipline! I wanted to play! My daughter loved it so much , that I signed her up for gymnastics. One of her party staff was her gymnastics coach. It feels like an extended family there. What a great gym!! Gymnastics Plus is great! It is one of the cleanest facilities in the area! It is clean, safe, and the coaches really love each and every one of their students. The preschool program is exceptional. The coaches are warm and really helped my daughter feel comfortable going into her class. She is very shy, but immediately took to her coach and now always asks when we are going to gymnastics. My son had his birthday party here a few months ago, and i didn't have to lift a finger! The staff was helpful, always smiling, and made sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely book there again! I feel very safe letting my children into the gym and trust the coaches and staff with them! I find that very important and hard to find! Gymnastics Plus is the very best! more

I love this place! My daughter spent the entire summer there and my son is almost old enough to start. They created a special class just so my daughter could be with her friends and it was the best social experience for her. The coaches were warm and helped my daughter get to do her first class away from mommy! Couldn't ask for more! more

If you value customer service, and a kids' place that treats you nicely and fairly, Gymnastics Plus is NOT the place for you. I signed two kids up for camp this summer. My little one (age 5) turned out not to like it. I made the little one stick it out for two weeks, but when she really didn't like it, I asked Gymnastics Plus to release her from the rest of the summer. Not only did Gymnastics Plus not give me a refund, they refused even to give me a CREDIT. I explained that I have 3 daughters, all gymnastics age, and we could at least use the credit. Gymnastics Plus said no I explained that I could be back again -- I have birthday parties to make, classes to take, etc. Answer: NO, NO and NO. Given the choice between keeping my money for services they were not going to provide, or keeping me as a customer, Gymnastics Plus chose the money. That's what you have to expect when you go to Gymnastics Plus. They only want to pocket your money. more
