Guy's was phenomenal!!! My LR wheel bearings on Lexus RX330 started going out 1200 miles from home while on vacation. I showed up at 8 AM Friday morning w/o appointment and they were able to trouble shoot, went out of their way to quickly locate the part, had it sent over, installed and had me out ther door in under 3 hours. Totally saved our vacation!!! Guy and Rob were amazing in taking care of us and were extremely fair on price. They charged less than HALF what a Lexus dealership would have charged for same service. These guys are all about service with a smile! more

I appoligize to Bob for not being able to get him in the very day he wanted for his FREE oil change. When you advertise something for FREE you can imagine the phone rings off the hook. I am unable to hire more help and pay them to do a FREE service. I was unfortuneatly booked out for 3 weeks in advance. I am sorry I was unable to push another appt. back to fit this man in. We do have plenty of satisfied customers who are willing to wait their turn for this free service. The coupon is good all year which is nice, so you are able to make the appt. for the required time. This man became somewhat rude and as I stated, I was very busy and didn't have time to battle with him over the phone. I am sorry he was not happy that we could not accomidated him on his time schedule. Most customers understand the demand and are willing to wait. Pros: Good Friendly honest Service more
