Knights in Shiny Trucks 10/1/2011

AAA towed my Nissan 240SX to Gus Cooper Shell in early December 2007 and Dino Cooper repaired it for $800.00 when the dealership near Des Moines had quoted me $2,000. They were professional, nice, funny and reassuring when I was in a panic. The car was repaired as soon as the parts arrived, and everything was perfect. Then on Christmas morning, something different happened and there I was, aimed uphill, on a curve, half blocking a lane and somebody's driveway, and it had started to snow, yet the tow truck driver stopped everything when I called the station and came the the rescue. I will always be grateful, and will continue to send them customers. Thank you Dino, Niko and Tino: you are absolutely the BEST! more

Best Auto & Towing Company in Seattle 8/30/2011

I can't describe how much I appreciated dealing with this company. I was in a very bad accident last week and had to deal with towing, storage, and disposal of my wreck myself. Dino, the owner, provided invaluable advice and guidance throughout the process. Dino also works with AAA and is simply a good person. I would highly recommend this company. more

Honest owner 2/18/2010

I first went to this station after the dealer told me I needed $1100 in work done for a 60k service. Dino told me only about $300 needed to be done and the rest could wait. He has been servicing our vehicles for 7 years now, although his advice to sell what we had and buy Hondas has reduced the amount we spend there by a lot. more

Horrible treatment by this company 3/19/2009

I was lied to on the phone, and the service person was rude and condescending. All I was requesting was communication and information about the status of my vehicle. I will never use them again, and I will tell every one I know about my experience. They were good to me one time, and I thought that I had found a trustworthy and decent repair shop. I was wrong. more

Gus Cooper is the Best in Town! 12/20/2008

We have used Gus Cooper for 10+ years and think they are the greatest! Honest and fair, reliable and trustworthy. Always service with a smile. Dino provides an accurate assessment and options for service, then delivers in a timely manner. I have called with questions from the road, and am always taken care of. I would recommend anyone to get their service or towing from Gus Cooper! more

On Time & Honest 3/20/2007

Gus Cooper's towing saved us a bundle of dough because they are honest. They were curtious and attentive on the phone and actually showed up right on time. Turned out instead of needing to be towed, we only needed a jump start. The tow would have cost $120 but instead they helped troubleshoot the problem and jump started the car. The driver / technician could not have been nicer. We don't currently have AAA, but will definitely use these folks again! more

Towing the Line 5/9/2006

Gus Cooper's towing is great. It's the closest AAA towing to me so I've used them quite a bit but each service person has been friendly, helpful, light-spirited, and has taken the pain of having car trouble away (at least til my mechanic gives me the bill). I don't have AAA anymore, but I prefer to use Gus Cooper anyway. more
