I will continue to take my automobiles to this establishment because of the great service and customer focus. The work force is professional and experienced.

Worst

Had the brakes replaced on all four wheels. Still makes noise after the third return visit. Taking to the dealer for service....

Hate the cost of parts now days but there is no real option. Find a good repair shop and stick with them. GCATR fills that bill for us! more

Top Notch Service! 4/23/2013

GCA has been repairing our company vehicles for a couple of years now. My husband took his personal vehcile to GCA after receiving a outrageous service quote from another repair shop closer to our home. Not only did GCA beat the pricing, but they actually did more repair then what initially was quoted. In the end, thier pricing, customer service, and knowlede of repairs are far above the rest. We would continue to use GCA again and again! more

I am always surprised when I come to pick up my vehicle after service, it cost exactly what they said, and I don't have to return for redo's or to fix something else that mysteriously happens two days later.. more

Our Toyotas 1/31/2013

My family brings their Toyotas to Guld Coast Auto for all repairs and maintainence ... they are quick, honest, reliable and perform a thorough check. Their prices are much lower than Toyota's and they are more polite. We will bring our Toyotas to them as long as they are this good. more

I have been using Gulf Coast for several years now. Frank and Randy are great to work with. Gulf Coast is not the cheapest repair shop in town, but they are one of the best! I pass 10 shops on my way to Gulf Coast because I want my vehicles repaired right. Thank you and keep up the great work. more
