I will continue to take my automobiles to this establishment because of the great service and customer focus. The work force is professional and experienced.

Worst

Had the brakes replaced on all four wheels. Still makes noise after the third return visit. Taking to the dealer for service....

Communication and Honesty 4/9/2014

The guys at Gulf Coast give their customers 1st class treatment. Expect excellent communication and honesty from them. The pricing was good, and they went out of their way to work with my pesky warranty company. I will be taking all of my business here from now on. more

Family oriented 4/2/2014

My sons truck died during the weekend and when I called on Monday they had an estimate to my husband before 9 and truck done before 4pm. The pricing is very fair also. more

Great communication 3/14/2014

Frank always called me to provide updates re: what's going on with my car, if they were waiting on any parts, and explained the problem in terms that a non- mechanic could understand. I never felt like he was pushing me to fix things that didn't really need to be fixed. He gave me an estimate of what time it would be done and it was ready when he said. more
