Guardian Preferred Properties has been doing outstanding work managing my rental property. The tenants are happy and the turnover time is quick. They've picked some great tenants for me and I'm very grateful for that. Things are great with them and my property. I intend to keep them on board for years to come. more

The new property we got in the area has been in good hands and we are more than pleased with the results they are offering, especially so early on. The place just closed escrow a few weeks ago and they are having new tenants move in next week. Very pleased this has turned out so well. more

I have been pleased and more than satisfied with the job that this company has done with my rental. The can keep the place occupied and the rent coming, the 2 most important things for a rental property owner like me. I would not change a thing and love the job theyre doing. more

Better than good! 5/10/2012

Guardian Preferred Properties has been a far better land lord than the one I just left. They respond to calls and fix any problems. That was like pulling teeth before and thats why we left. Guardian Preferred Properties has been a far better manger and provided us a far better rental. more

I have had some times where I wasnt always on time with rent but they were always fair about it and friendly whenever i called. I appreciate all that and I have always had good experiences with them. more

These managers came to the rescue early one morning when our sprinklers had been tampered with in the night. They were on from 11pm until Guardian Preferred Properties got there at 8. they were there within an hour of my cal and remedied the situation. Now I know they can be depended upon and that is very reassuring! more

I have never had any difficulty dealing with this management company the way I have with some others. They are always willing to listen and will take care of what ever the issue or request might be. no complaints here. more
