Several weeks ago, while visiting Oregon, i experienced a transmission problem. I contacted Jon Mermis of their service department and he set up an appointment for the following morning. Our trip to the area unfortunately was not for pleasure, since we were taking care of our brother's personal affairs following his sudden death, and we were limited on time. I appreciated the fact that Jon could get us in the next day. Jon was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the problem analysis procedures and possible causes/solutions. I appreciated the timely service and his honest approach to repairs and costs. After the servicing, he detailed the procedures that were done and the recommended additional maintenance when our trip concluded. When I departed the service department and went to my car, I noticed that it had been thoroughly washed and cleaned - a wonderful surprised and most appreciated! we had traveled for four days straight and I really had no time to get the car washed, so that gesture was a welcome and unexpected gift. We take pride in a clean, well maintained automobile, so Jon touched a soft spot. Jon is a reflection of quality establishment and deserves genuine recognition for his efforts. Thanks to Guaranty Chevrolet for helping to ease an otherwise stressful trip to Oregon. In our future travels, I at least know a place where I can go and feel assured of fast, friendly, excellent service. My hat is off to you and your staff! more

I have bought many cars, motor homes and etc. in my life, but have never had such a pleasant experience as this purchase. They seem to have the knowledge, sweetness, and graciousness. They were so thorough in showing us how to operate our car. Other dealers give us the book, in other words, “look it up yourself”. I have never been a Chevy person but, now I am! more

My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 4WD Crew Cab threw a code and all but stopped on the highway…I called your service department from I-5 after I couldn’t rev it up past 2500 rpm and told the rep what was going on. He was polite and said he thought I better try to get it into the shop to be looked at and also gave me the number of a tow company.\r \r Jon and your crew got right on figuring out what was wrong, and let me know they thought it was a throttle body problem. They had cleared the code, told me the anticipated price of the part, and gave me their thoughts on the issue. We had already been on the highway a couple of hours and we were tired. That’s why we appreciated their fast service in getting us diagnosed and out the door so quickly. Thanks to Jon and your service techs! more

It has been the best experience buying a trailer/car ever! The total sales force was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Then came the financial part. This process normally makes you feel like all your teeth are being pulled with no anesthetic, but that is not true at Guaranty. Robb and Sue both called us back in the next day because they had both worked out better interest rates and payments for us. That has NEVER happened before and we have done a lot of deals in our life. We had a BLAST while going through the financial part with Sue. It was late in the evening and she would have been justified in rushing us through the signing but that is not what she chose to do. She ended our day in the same positive way as we had been treated ALL day. more
