We decided to come back to Guaranty after buying a vehicle from them 3 years ago. We came back because of the outstanding customer service. I am very sensitive to high pressure sales people and have never felt that here. This is why I come here because buying a car should not be high stress. Today was another excellent and easy process. We were able to trade in our vehicle at a more than fair price and were still able to negotiate on a new vehicle. We have always bought newer used vehicles and this was our first new car purchase. It was a very easy, fast and a no pressure purchase. I will buy my next vehicle from Guaranty Chevy and will recommend this place to others. more

Absolutely best car buying experience I have had from start to finish. Chad was my salesperson and Rafael was my finance guy. They were so patient and friendly it really shocked me. \r \r Every other dealership I have been to had either a salesperson trying to sell me what I didn't want or a finance guy trying to coerce a sale but Guaranty Chevy had to be one of the most relaxed, easy to buy places I have ever been to. more

Thanks Guaranty Auto Service for finding the culprit under the hood of my Pontiac G6. I was pleased to hear the ""No Heat for the last 2 weeks would be repaired by Friday"" and then I was even more happy, 10 min. later, to find out that Tim Kurtz ""dug deeper and found out that the repair & part is covered under the remaining Power-train Warranty"". How awesome is that? more

If you are looking for an RV, you've come to the right place! Now, ask for Connie Watkins, she is one terriffic sales person...she knows her products and their features inside and out! Just looking? No problem, she will spend all the time you need to be sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. We bought a 2013 Heartland Elkridge from her a few months ago and were blown away by her expertiese, great attitude and knowledge. She answered every question we threw at her, and showed us all the options, patiently returning to several RVs when we got confused. We are talking with her again about trading ours in for the next model...and couldn't be more pleased. She spent several hours with us Sunday, in that blistering heat, showing us the options, answering questions and working out a great deal! We love the culture, staff and Shannon, Guaranty RV rocks!! Ask to see the Alpacas while you're there! more
