It seems that only locals get service at this establishment. We barely drifted into the parking lot after having a major mechanical crisis on I 70. There was a tow truck in the parking lot and a surly individual in the garage area. He provided NO help to two stranded tourists. HE DOESNT WORK ON SUNDAY AND THERE WAS NO WAY THAT YOU COULD GET TO DENVER. We found Ryan's Recovery and they picked us up in Grumpy's parking lot and brought us to The Toyota dealership in Glenwood Springs. Even if he didn't want to work on Sunday, a kind, concerned person would have provided advice. Instead, we had to call our daughter in another state to have her find a wrecker service for us. That wrecker service took great care of us. more

My battery died today, and I called Grumpy Dutchman (kindly referred by Bragg Towing as they were tied up). They arrived within 10 minutes, jump started my car, and said there was no charge! (Of course I gave them a tip). How wonderful to deal with people like that. Knowles G Curwen more

This company most definitely provides excellent service when it comes to towing and mechanic service. They were very respectful to my needs. Setting aside them towing and fixing my car very fast. They have very good service and are very reliable. more

The headline says it all. By my opinion the number one towing company around. With their superior service and knowledge, they met all of my needs and further. They are very nice and respectful people, and they are very good at what they do.
